As your wedding toatmaster I’ll arrange an initial consultation to meet and chat about all the details that matter most to you. We can go through your ideas and I’ll be there to provide guidance on the running order, balancing as much tradition and formality as you’d like, all the while ensuring a smooth journey from the formalities straight into the evening festivities. I will prepare a detailed order of ceremony in collaboration with your chosen venue, ensuring that every aspect runs seamlessly on the day itself.

Throughout the event, I’ll be in close communication with your venue and suppliers to keep everything on track and handle any challenges that might arise along the way. You can count on me to be a friendly and professional presence for our guests, offering assurance and ensuring everything goes as planned. I’ll also be there for your photographer, helping to gather everyone for those all-important photos. As the drinks reception comes to a close, I’ll gather everyone for the wedding breakfast and make a special announcement for your entrance. 

After you’ve enjoyed the wedding breakfast, I’ll introduce the speeches, lead your toasts, and help coordinate the cutting of the cake, before announcing your first dance. Let’s make your celebration unforgettable together!
