You can use my website without the need to provide any personal data; however, should you wish to purchase my professional services the processing of personal data will become necessary.

This is done via legitimate interest, however should any member of your event not wish to be included in this, please let me know by email. In addition I also provide you with the ability to opt out of posting photographs from your event.

 

How long do we keep your personal data?

I am legally required to retain customer details for at least six full years under UK tax laws. After this period I will retain your data until you request its deletion in writing, as this allows me to contact you as described in this policy.

You also have the right to change the permissions that you have given in relation to how I use your data, including that I cease using your data or that I delete all personal data records where I am  legally able.
